Obsidian Studio is an independent web design studio based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us when you make an enquiry or use this website.

When you complete the Start a Project form, we collect your name, brand name, email address, WhatsApp number if provided, your project description, and your preferred launch timeline. We collect nothing beyond what you choose to share.

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Enquiry data is kept for no longer than 12 months. If a project proceeds, relevant correspondence is retained for the duration of our working relationship.
